On the obverse its missing the vertical line on the T. And on the reverse side above the ERICA there seems to be extra lines.

No error/ variety just a coin struck with a worn out die.

Just severe die wear from the die being very worn (Very Late Die State. This year was notorious for die overuse. The die was starting to break down badly at this point and should have been retired a while ago.
