Stopped into my LCS, and my guy had to show me this, in it's OGP (the Pine Box). I already have one in the box, but this one I just had to have.

I'm on the fence on the grade, so I ask you my Commemorative brethren - What would you grade this?

Technical Grade 64+. Eye Appeal 8/10.

Better than many PCGS 65's.

63 ; and double check the pine box for authenticity - this coin has not rested in one since 1925 unless it has been dipped somewhere along the line.

I'm at MS64 on this one .... and agree this coin was not issued and stored in that pine box.
