I can now see what I thought was a possible scratch isn't, and I see why coinfrog requested the additional photo. It's in some type of holder, too. Strike looks strong, but I'll drop to 64. moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 04/17/2018 08:17 am The minor hits still give this a 65. Think how scruffy many Morgan's are at 65. If you applied the same determinants on this quarter it's very easy to justify 65. 65 isn't perfect. Neither is 66 or 67. That's why there is a scale. Report this Post to the Staff
