I picked up $15 from the bank Friday. Eight rolls in one bundle were marked 1990's. It come from one of those rolls.

A Cud is a Cud. If I posted a photo of just the Cud you could ID it as a Cud. The same with this' it is what it is the date does not matter.

Very correct: A Cud it is and not a break.

Here you go every one: Since it was not a Zinc Penny with Bubbles -- gas bubbles. Here is a good Cud and first die break.

It's not a clash and it's not flow lines. I think this exercise has run its course. I agree with Crazyb0 that too much info was left out by not showing full obverse/reverse pics. It is suggested to be a '90s cent, but not confirmed, so I don't see how a final conclusion can be made based on that.
