I would grade it (Good) 4.
The date is small -- notice that there is not much of a "flag" from the left upright of the 1. Large fraction.
The variety is Sheldon's S-261 (R2.) This is an earlier die state -- as the dies wear out for this variety, an arcing die crack develops on the obverse from about the 9:00 (K9) position down and right through the date between the 8 and 0.
