So I found this Penny and have been researching it on the internet but I can't find what kind of error it is please help.... hope the picture are good enough.

Not an error, just Zinc Rot setting in on your coin from the Zinc core being exposed. Better spend it quick before it completely eats itself away.

@cads, it looks to me like the copper plating has peeled off of the mintmark, exposing the zinc core underneath. As you know, this metal is much more reactive with the environment and will corrode pretty quickly. I don't think that this is an error at all.
