So many things running through my head. First is it a SWL(Short water lines) 1946. I would need close up pics of the head of the canoe to tell. Second Is the luster from polishing.. I don't think so. Thirdly, are those bag marks on the obverse, I would need better pictures. I'll be optimistic and say MS-66+. Although I have been told ICCS does not take luster into consideration when they grade, but I will stick with my grade until I can see better pictures without glare.
1946 is a very tough year to find this brilliance remaining. I'm suggesting, it still may eke out a MS63 at ICCS, although difficult to conclude from pics offered.
