Not sure by who, grandpa?(he was a member of many coin organizations) but probably in the 70s. Just want to see how close the grade on the cardboard matches to your expert eyes Thanks again!! I didn't notice that until I posted the picture and then thought it was a scratch.My sister is bringing me a USB microscope thing down from Edmonton on thurs so hopefully I can get better pics!
