Hello CCF, Going through some proof sets and noticed this 1964 Jefferson nickel. Fields are super dark and devices seem to have some frost. Is this a Cameo or Deep Cameo? What grade would you give it? Looks near perfect in hand. Appreciate the feedback!

This is a tough one.
The portrait does not look frosted but the building does. Maybe it's just the pictures(?).
As it looks now I think it would grade PF-69.

I'm seeing micro surface chatter, almost like a polish cloth used to remove dust, very slight, but enough to mar an otherwise PR67+. This may be a semi-cameo, late in the die runs, certainly not a DCAM.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I still have a lot to learn.
Crazyb0 - I set the coin on a microfiber (super soft) cloth when I inspected it. I did not use the cloth to wipe dust off the coin but I may have pushed/moved the coin around. Do you think that is what caused the surface chatter you referred to? I try to be extremely careful when handling coins.
Thanks,

I'd love to see the luster roll on that one. Looks very high grade proof.

Here are three proofs I pulled from three sets recently. The subject coin is in the middle. It clearly stands out from the bunch.
