From a distance the AM looked close but evaporated then I noticed the columns. How do they look to you?

Pretty much normal. There is an issue with the tops of the reverse devices and the outside edges of the memorial building. It is called split plating. It split during a strong strike. Not a plus for the coin. It is a spendable coin. The value is knowing what happened to it.
