1944 P Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Partial Collar?

Jim0815 Pillar of the Community United States 5240 Posts	Posted 04/25/2018 3:19 pm While looking through some cents I came across this 1944 P LWC with what appears to be a partial collar. One half of the collar is slightly larger in diameter than the other half. The lower die is the half that is recessed. Insight please.
