! I can't recall what they said causes those halos around the stars/devices, cleaning or retoning.?

Not as nice as some others you find! I can't recall what they said causes those halos around the stars/devices, cleaning or retoning.?

That is residual luster. Luster around the devices will pop out of dark toning.

This one was graded xf-45. Nice crusty original surfaces and a cac candidate. It hammered on ebay for just under 1k.

Conservatively graded. Definitely deserved the CAC approval.
