I have this microscope, which works great for close ups, but I cant fit an entire coin into the picture. So do I need a different microscope, a diffrent stand, or some other device or gadget. Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 04/28/2018 2:22 pm Buy a 14" metal tube at the hardware store the same size, a couple notches top and bottom wit a file and you will extend to fit dollar size coins. Put marks around the tube at points for preset locations for exact coin sizes, then use the focus. If your scope doesn't have a 0 to infinity focus, a 14" tube will be all the extension you can use and still get a focus pic. Edited by Crazyb0 04/28/2018 2:26 pm Report this Post to the Staff
