Is the reverse TR POT VIIII COS II SC, Salus standing left, holding patera, feeding serpent rising from altar?
RIC 1324
or TR XXIII IMP V COS III, Annona standing left, holding corn-ears and cornucopiae; modius on ship at foot left. S-C across fields.
RIC III 967

Well it without doubt is ANNONA holding grain over modius (container used to store grain)
Whether the prow of the ship is beneath is difficult to see since the flan is off centered
