I'd say VF-20 conservatively. I didn't know they still made "Hibernias" in 1822. I look forward to see what the experts have to say.

Not my area but I would grade it Fine on UK standards. As to value - they are not that scarce - I have one in similar condition for sale in my trays at the moment. The 1999 Coincraft Book gives it £5 in Fine, £15 in VF, which was probably ambitious at the time but about right now.
