Of course it couldn't even qualify as a hole filler. (Maybe half of a hole filler?)

I might be the only person on earth who would send this to PCGS for Details slabbing

I do have some extremely rare varieties in "holed" coins...though this would be a new "low" for me

Not a problem. Clipped planchet.
Doesn't add any value in this case.
Still has copper value.
A bit under weight, which probably explains why it hasn't been in circulation for a while.

No joke...I'll send it to PCGS for slabbing, especially if you see both Single serif Ns, who needs the rest of the coin?
