i got this 66 that I think is double die or something..

I see also a 1977 cent also in the images. We need a lot closer of a view to see what you have:

More like this size.

on the 6 there is like kinda mark

on the E and the R also, let me know if I'm wrong

Let them know where you think you see it...I'm not seeing it.

If I'm not wrong 1966 was only produced at P mint and saw where there were some doubling errors on reverse(or worn die marks)...get better more complete pictures and these guys can give you better info.
Also I have seen errors on the date 6's..I do see a similar type thing on one of your 6's
