I found this 1974 S LMC and am thinking this cent is rotated as the reverse is at the 11:00 position. Would this be considered the Medallic position since it is not true North? I also am posting a pic of a 1974 D LMC in the Stable position to show the rotation of both coins. Would this even be considered a rotated die cent?

Here is a picture of a 1994 P LMC with a rotation of 165 degrees from the Lincoln Cent Source. They do not have a listing for a 1974 S LMC with a rotated die.

It's rotated, but it's not enough to be worth anything over face. It has to be rotated by 90 degrees or more to become collectible.

You're very welcome. The ones that are rotated by 90 degrees or more are the hard ones to find.
