looks like a die crack on the reverse coming off the wing if that's what you are referring to..
but wait for an expert to give the final say

I agree that it appears to be a die crack. However, posting a picture of the entire reverse will be needed to be sure!

I would have to say that's it's a die brake.mits not an interior die brake because it comes from the rim. Now that I think about it, it looks like debri stuck under the clad layer. Like a piece of wire perhaps.

I'm not the backup called for, but it is a die crack from the eagle's wingtip to the rim. There is no die break, just a crack in the die (which creates a raised line on the coin).

Its a die crack. Cracks can form most anywhere. Wherever the die metal is the weakest, or has a flaw from tempering, cracks open up. They actually start on the inside, then rise to the surface. The incused device has caused this metal weakness, it "pulls" the metal inwards when hubbed from the master die, this is a metal stressor. While it is unusual to continue along the device, that's where this die was weakest.

When you say "spiky hair eagle," are you referring to the top of the eagle's head? That appears to be just damage, but you do have the die crack, which is a much better thing.
