After going through the tutorials on clips I don't believe this qualifies. There is no outward flow and the rim is intact. Agree?

Yes. This is just post mint damage. If you see the rim pushed in then it is just damage.

Not a Clip. You can see the pushed in metal on the rim. One hundred percent Post Mint Damage.
