2006p dime with noticeable marking under neck. Grease Filled Die possibly? Seemed pretty significant to me.

A Grease Filled Die normally causes design elements to be missing. The addition on your coin was most likely caused by a chipped die that was filled by planchet material during the strike. You may see a slight reduction of part of the design on the reverse side opposite of that extra bit.
