I haven't looked over to many Dimes but this is the only one of question I've seen. What is this referred to as?

I think it's called an off center strike or slightly off center?
Seems like around 70 percent of the dimes that make their way into my pocket are the same.

MAD and maybe a little bit of Grease Filled Die on the partially missing IN, WE, and the L in Liberty.
