1881 O VAM Doubled Date And Mint Mark?

Hello,
I was taking some pictures of this coin and noticed it has what appears to be a die chip or doubling in the second 8 in the date as well as a doubled mint mark on the reverse. Anyone know if this is a VAM? I tried through diagnostics on VAM world but it didn't help me much.
