All 5 coins of 1999 State Quarter series have experimental strikes in maganes(spell check) alloy making them off colored...

seriously check it for experimental strike...1999 ms67 Pennsylvania P sold at 10k..

@marccc,, no I cant tell you anything about checking it..Im sort of new to this but just informed of the experimental strikes in 1999....
I bet someone here will let you know something sooner or later......

best check it out by all means possible before you punt on it... you never know
