I found this 1973 D cent and it's like the front and back are not lining up like other pennies, the pictures are not great but you can clearly see what I am talking about... Can somebody please help me and tell me if I have something

It's called a Die Rotation (AKA Die Rotation). It happens when the little screws that hold the die in place breaks, causing the die to rotate (there are other causes too that could cause the die to rotate). The only thing though is it needs to be rotated 90 degrees or more to become collectable. If it's less than 90 degrees, then it's not considered collectable. http://www.error-ref.com/rotated_die_error/

n if not highly collectible...a rotated die less than 90 degrees - is a cool/collectaible find - for me...

I usually keep them at 45 degrees. Mainly to see if they are static or variable.
