I am having troubles finding a match, anyone else see a similarity that I dont see to any other RPMS for this year and mint mark?

Is there doubling on the date in the same direction as is on the mint mark?

Looks more like MD, and you can see it on the date as well.

If the date is showing the same thing, then it is MD.

Well, here is a serious question. Can there never be MD on an RPM?

Here is an example of MD and it shows on the date and mint mark, but it is not a RPM.

Well if there is MD on the mint mark, then the date is usually affected as well. But MD is not the cause of a RPM. A RPM happens when the die is being punched to ID the mint it is from.

I just noticed, you can see doubling on the damaged punch on the last image I posted. (Damaged punch issues is not part of a RPM.
