I can't see any luster breaks but being in a 2x2 could easily hide that.
A bit above average strike; horn is rounded, tail split.
MS-65 is possible.

I didn't see those. How much in general do odd scratches take off? If this otherwise had no scratches and were an MS63 for $100, what would it be now? I haven't bought it yet. I miss things like that though.

The coin in general is nice , except for those reverse scratches . I wouldn't pay $100 for it .

That reverse leg area is pretty chewed up. MS details.

It's offered at about $80, where MS63 is about $100, I think. No, I won't buy it.

How about the leg itself, it looks like someone etched a diagonal pattern into the lower part. Very strange thing to do.

No explanation for the odd triangles on the leg. A good one to ask the seller about to get their opinion.

Looks scratched in the reverse but also under liberty in the obverse.
