I think there's some "doubling" on the back. Not sure how that happens.

Does it look cleaned?

You had me going b/c your title says 1947 instead of 1946. I recognized the 1946 DDR rev and only then saw your OBV pic is a 1946.

Anyway... this is a known and popular variety:

This kind of doubling occurs b/c the die to make the coins were engraved with a doubled image.

I do not see anything to tell me it was cleaned, but please also wait for others.

Your coin looks to be in very nice shape. Congratulations on a great variety find!
