I'll go with XF-40. But you might have a very hard time getting it slabbed by NGC or PCGS. Dark toning is often a concern in that it can cover multiple sins.

Liberty on shield is half gone, perhaps an old cleaning that darken and toned the coin.
VF-35 IMO.

XF, weak strike or VF35. Not a fan of this toning pattern, which I think is an old cleaning (dip or soap/water) and then re-toned in a kraft envelope or similar, giving it that distinct gray color. The halo effect around stars 3-6 I was told by an old Barber dealer is common when he would stick nonabrasively cleaned coins in kraft 2x2's in his hot/humid attic and leave them in there for 2 to 3 years.

This one is graded vf-25 by ANACS in an old white holder. I think it has enough meat on the bones to make vf-30. No way it gets any higher with that type of rub on both shields. This coin actually had a great strike. You can tell by the full toe. The rest is just wear and tear.
