It looks promising to be a lam. There is something going on with Lincoln's shoulder that may be related.

I dont think it's PMD, but a clearer pic may help. For now, it looks like a shifted lamination peel.

The reason the first image looked like damage is because the lamination peeled a bit and settled down. But note, it is in a straight line.
