1938 Toned Jefferson Nickel For Grading Vs. PCGS

This isn't a scarce issue, but it sure is pretty with the colors front and back. I plucked it from a coin shop as a raw coin and sent it off to PCGS for grading and photos. How do you think PCGS graded this toned Jefferson nickel?

MS65, beautiful example though I'm not sure its worth spending grading fees on.

MS-64 seems fair as I did a bulk submission and some of mine that look the same got MS-64. (They're not toned)
