Hello CCF,

Cameo or deep cameo?

Thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks!

See that milk spotting and haze all over? That's not being rinsed well at the mint, in dirty solution put residue all over. That coin from yesterday, the '66, that's what someone tried to remove feather , ah, vigorously I might add.

It is a cameo, but that film cuts a DCAM badge, "Deep" has to do with the reflectivity of the fields as contrasted to the frosted details. The strike and condition otherwise is an SP-65 and I wonder what the TPG would further designate as, ED possibly? A TPG may overlook the film in a grade, but the eye appeal factor, well, ah, ....sucks. 3/10

My opinions only, I personally wouldn't buy it or give it a second look. Don't like the film.

I have some that look exactly like this one and wondered if the haze could be removed. I know everyone says never clean your coins but the mint cleaned these at the mint. What solution did the mint use? Soap and water doesn't work. I already tried.
