It is so hard to take the pic and get the correct color but was wondering why it has colored rings around it. A little blue and some orange maybe , anyway can you tell anyrhing on it and how ot gets this way? Thanks

Either from being in a paper roll wrapper or a cardboard folder would be my guess.
