I bought this one at an estate sale along with some other medals. It measures 73mm diameter and 172 grams. Edge marked Cuirve. I couldn't find any information about this. Does anyone know?

I can provide some basic information on this medal.

The reverse shows Napoleon shaking hands with the Austrian emperor representing preliminary peace between the powers. The two sides had been engaged in a war, known by many different names one of which is the Second Italian War of Independence https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secon...Independence
