I know absolutely nothing about coins... I think this is a British 1863 Halfpence, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know the specifics of what it is and how much it could be worth? Sorry, again, I don't know much about coins.

Yes - British halfpenny 1863. Should measure exactly 1 inch in diameter. These coins saw heavy use and are often found in very worn condition. By the time the halfpenny coin was demonetised in 1969, early Victorian specimens like this had completely disappeared from everyday circulation.
