Appears to have PVC damage on the reverse. Immediate soak in pure acetone recommended. Grade is Fine.

I think it is a bit better than fine; I'd say this grades VF but it is details coin. The graffiti/scratches on the obverse will most likely preclude this coin from grading straight.

Definitely agree on the PVC and acetone treatment. Do post some pics of the coin after the dip, so that we can see what it looks like.

Thanks for your interest CableGuy, et al. I stuck the coin in my safe deposit box, but I can tell you acetone worked well. There's just a a spec of green now. Didn't soak for very long. This coin was part of a large mixed lot of Spanish coins, which didn't exactly break the bank. So I'm happy with it.
