The only thing I know: Weight 7,20gr and Diameter: 20mm.
My stupid guess, a coin from India, maybe because it remembers a paisa? Black and orange spots are a sign of corrosion?

Nice one!

It's a debased gold stater of the late Kidarite Huns; a barbarized copy of a Kushan coin. I'd need a bit of time to work on the legend, but you can see two of mine here:

Gold content was quite low. Yours has a good color, but is likely under 30% pure.

They usually look more silver in color, this one may have a bit more gold in it. Very nice example of the type.

Thanks echizento, I hope Finn235 can discover which ruler it belongs. Itīs an auction coin, but itīs absurdly overpriced judging by the links he provided.
