PCGS pictures show lots of fine scratches, mostly with the same orientation, your pictures nowhere as near as critical. Some luster remains, stars evenly and well struck up. What makes you say this coin is harshly cleaned? What's your tip off? That didn't even cross my mind when I saw it. Edit: Is it the fine scratches? SilverDollar2017 Pillar of the Community United States 8715 Posts	Posted 05/16/2018 11:40 am Those hairlines make the coin look like it was scrubbed with a Brillo pad. The large amount of hairlines warrant a cleaned grade. They could be die polish lines, but they don't appear that way. Raised lines are die polish lines, and incuse lines are hairlines.
