Wild guess, I would assume push doubling? But it looks like it's flat In some places so I would wait till coop see's

My first thought was Post Strike Damage, but I'm not so sure. That's weird.

PSD, E&V, nailed it. A sharp implement started an angled movement south, anchored off the rear of bust, as it came to the end it feathered in a 45° motion as it lifted/off the coin, a glancing contact hit.
