I have an 1876 Seated Liberty dime that looks off to me. Let me know whether or not you think its genuine. If you think its genuine, business strike or proof? Worth sending in to PCGS?

It appears to be genuine, and a business strike. Not worth sending to PCGS.

Describe what you are seeing of concern and we can help with that part.

Your question on TPG certification depends on authenticity and value in grade ... my eye ... based on the photos provided .. sees an authentic coin in AU grade coin and not worth the cost of TPG certification.

I agree its genuine.

From the photos provided, appears to be a Type 1 reverse http://www.seateddimevarieties.com/...ehubpage.htm

Someone more skilled than I may be able attribute this dime http://www.seateddimevarieties.com/...6varpage.htm
