Looks AU 58 to me, rub on eagle's breast and a scratch/mark in the field right of liberty.

Methinks the distinction between AU-58 and MS is one of the hardest things about grading a photo of a coin...getting to move it around in the light reveals more about a break in luster.

Her head band looks kind of smashed into her head. In nice ones, it's very distinct. So I don't know.

Do you think it's cleaned, etc? It's offered at a decent price, AU or so.

Slider - either AU-58 or MS-62. Since we're grading from photos, AU-58 is the safer call but if it's got full unbroken luster in hand than I'd go with 62.
