truman1404 Valued Member United States 284 Posts	Posted 05/18/2018 2:08 pm I need someone to help me figure out if this is in fact an over mint mark or if it is one of the RPM's I've gone back and forth trying to figure out which one it is, hopefully someone here has enough knowledge about this cent to help me figure out what I got.
