Was doing some searching around the site and it seems that the old photobucket images are all working again. Is anyone else seeing the same? Perhaps they are finally feeling the hurt from nobody using them anymore?

Interesting. I'm surprised they were able to hold out as long as they did.
It takes a bit longer to optimize the images on my phone, but by now it's second nature and also encourages me to go ahead and combine images while I'm at it.

If they are indeed letting them show again if you don't see them clear your cache and you should. If you don't then the user deleted it from photobucket. Unfortunately I think when they charged a lot of people closed up their accounts and left.

What I mean is,while PB is still being nice, is there a way to "keep" the hosted pic here on CCF in case PB want to take the ball and go home with it again in the future? John1 Edited by John1

Got it, poked around and saw no options for bulk download. Did some checking around and they removed it when they realized everyone was downloading and closing up shop..... https://neocrisis.com/news-mobile/1...load-featureEvil. I will never let them back here. |

If you go to the PB site, they still say they charge for 3rd party hosting.
"For a limited time, our current customers' hosted images have been restored"
"Photobucket is introducing a new pricing plan that is built around everyone's needs." (none of which are free, like before).
2GB $30 per year, 20GB $70 per year.
IMO PB is doomed (but I am frequently wrong on such predictions).
