Die Number For 1963 Proof Lincoln Cent DDR?

I'm having difficulty finding a match for this proof DDR. Light doubling can be seen on "one cent" "fg" and "RICA". It could be 12 but the lighting is throwing me off. http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...3PDDR012.htm

Maybe I'll send a few of these DDR's I can't attribute to anacs.

I'd send 'em to John Wexlers first, a lot cheaper, unless you think they're worth gold in a coffin? That looks definitely like to varied size hubbings for sure, but such a minor shift and small affected area, isn't much of a DDR really. I've had some look real close to yours, could a sworn were DDs, but just be MD (per John Wexler), go figure. Into da bucket deygo!

Crazyb0, that isn't Machine Doubling. That's a minor Doubled Die Reverse.

It looks like MD to me considering the shrinkage in size on the devices,most noticeable on RICA and ENT.
