Style of puncheon, can't remember just how many different ones were used, they were used from year to year too.

I think it would be called inverted not upside down and yours looks normal to me.

But looking at the site, isn't really convincing. The mint mark they show is a pretty thin looking one. (it wasn't punched in as deep as it would have been)

Note the space on the upper loop and the center and the lower loop and the center. The upper look open area is smaller than the lower loop open area. It is a normal mint mark.
