I found this this 1968 P LMC with what appears to be completely backing up what Mr. Coop was referring to on my 1968 S LMC Doubled Working Hub cent mentioned yesterday. If nothing else it is incredibly cool to have Two Cents that show the exact same doubling from different mints. I am glad to put both of these side by side in 2x2's. What I appreciate more than anything is the knowledge I have gained from all of this.

That is an example. You might check variety Vista to see if you can match a mint mark location? With the doubling on a working hub, there can be different locations for the MM. each dies MM location can be different as they are hand punched. Thus a different dies were used.

Didn't notice it was not a 'S' mint. But all die locations could have the same issue, as back then the dies were all created in Philadelphia.
Variety Vista shows 5 dies for Philly:

(All the same doubling)
4 for Denver:

3 for San Fransisco:

Including one proof die.

Similar on coppercoins from all three mints. A few of these are listed from all three mints including a proof example.

The only one of the two that I can check is the 1968 S LMC. This one is from Philadelphia. I will sure check the S though.

You're right Mr. Coop. After putting both of those cents side by side under heavy magnification there is a very subtle difference in the size of the devices, especially on the letter W in We. Different monster. This cent shows no spread on anything but the N on IN and GOD, all other devices show no sign of spread and at this point I cannot match it on VV, Mr. Wexler's site or on Copper Coins due to the fact the cents on all other sites shows spread on WE TRUST. Could this possibly be because of possible circulation wear or could this be what Crazyb0 was talking about with a high bounce?

That's an interesting thread Jim! It always good that we discuss these things as we learn more about the different types of doubling.
