1994 D Penny I Have A Dome Type Bubble Holding Up The D Mintmark.

Jtntris77 New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 05/22/2018 10:19 pm I have a 1994 d penny, pretty good grade as well, and under the D, it is domed or bubbled.Ive been reading up on it and finally came across an error, it's called the Rockwell test die error. It also stated that their isn't any known examples out in circulation. If it's not this, would anyone have a idea what it might be? Sorry going without pics till I get better camera.d is raised,it is not hollow, it is solid. The D sits on top of the dome, bubble.
