Can not tell what this is. Can't quite get my lighting right but can y'all see anything? The "R" to me looks like something for sure but you know my calls..lol. anyway could this be anything?

The mark on the 'W' on WE is Master die doubling:

Coop got it right. It's very common Master Die Doubling on those LWC's. This Master Die Doubling showed on many different years of LWC's. No added value since it's so common, but it makes a great educational learning piece.

On the wheat cents, they had a trench around the bust. That maybe part of the remnant of it.

This was added to strengthen the bust outline. Looks like it was just fading away when your coin was struck.
