This is only the second CC 1 real I've come across with mint marks that are not Mexico (the other being Guatemala/NG-M), It's white metal alloy and very light weight. I've only weighed it on a pocket scale, but it's between 1.98 and 2.03 grams. Design looks pretty well done to me. Some differences, like the font, armor/ribbons of the bust and poorly rendered date. Also, genuine 1R coins were not produced in Colombia in 1809. The edge is plain and the coin has normal medal alignment.
