A substantial minority of my Liberty Seated coins in multiple denominations have reverses rotated about 20 degrees. None is rotated more than about 20 degrees. Is this so common that it is almost irrelevant? Or is there a point where the rotated reverses becomes numismatically important, I.e. Rarer or more valuable? How can I tell if the rotation is significant enough to matter?

20 degrees is not uncommon for dimes and quarters. It is less likely to be seen on Half Dimes and half dollars. It is even less likely on dollars.

However, the rotation has to be very significant, much more than 20 degrees, before an error collector would pay more. Type and set collectors are unlikely to pay more even with more significant rotation errors.
